This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Learned Vacation Session Judge, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.2641 of 2024 dated 17.05.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.2641 of 2024 dated 17.05.2024 on the file of the Vacation Sessions Judge, Coimbatore with a direction that the petitioner shall sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00.a.m., for a period of 15 days. He further submitted that, petitioner is aged about 75 years and thus he seeks modification of this condition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2641 of 2024 dated 17.05.2024 that the petitioner sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00.a.m., for a period of 15 days is modified to the effect that petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. Th other conditions shall remain intact.
