Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 6(d) imposed on the petitioner that shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.12320 of 2021 dated 16.07.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. J.KINGSLY SOLOMON, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12320 of 2021 on 16.07.2021.

2.Heard the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3.In view of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.7636 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12320 of 2021 on 11.08.2021, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Hence, this petition is dismissed.
