O R D E R

This Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report registered against the petitioners in Cr.No.85 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent/Police.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for petitioners that the second respondent/complainant and the petitioners settled the matter, and a memo of compromise is also filed to that effect.

The second respondent/de facto complainant is present and he also admitted that he settled the matter with petitioners and he does not want to proceed with the case further. The second respondent is also identified by the Police, who is present. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the nature of the offence and the fact that the parties have settled the matter and memo of compromise is filed to that effect, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed, the First Information Report, registered against the petitioners in Cr.No. 85 of 2014 stands quashed.
