Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the bail condition (c) the petitioner, on his release from prison, shall report before the trial court viz., Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem on all working days without fail until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5808 of 2021 order dated 24.03.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 24.03.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 24.03.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, as and when required. All other conditions remain unaltered.
