ORDER

On the earlier occasion on 17.08.2016, at the request of the learned counsel for the Petitioner to adjourn the matter to get necessary instructions as a last chance, the matter was adjourned to 14.9.2016 on condition that the Petitioner should argue the matter on merits on the next hearing, failing which, the Writ Petition would be dismissed for non prosecution.
