(The case has been heard through video conference) This Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 29.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9539 of 2020 with the condition that the petitioner shall surrender within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready before the concerned Court and execute sureties. Thereafter, the petitioner neither paid the amount nor surrendered before the Court.

2. Therefore, the order has become lapsed by efflux of time. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file anticipatory bail petition afresh.
