The Writ Petition has been filed for quashing the orders passed by him in Na.Ka.No.4087/2016/A2 dated 12.06.2017 and Na.Ka.No. 4287/2016/A2 dated 08.08.2017 and for a consequential direction to the First, Second and Fourth Respondents to cancel the Pattas issued in favour of the Third Respondent in respect of Survey No.245/1 which by sub-divided as Survey Nos. 245/1A, 245/1B and 245/1A1 within a time limit.

Mr. R. Venkatesh, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents submits that an effective alternate remedy by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

way of Revision is available before the District Revenue Officer. 3.

In view of the same, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file Revision before the concerned authority. 4.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
