The petition itself reveals that issuance of summons under Sections 160 and 91 Cr.P.C., is for appearance of the petitioner before the Investigating Officer for enquiry. Instead of appearing before the police and cooperate with the investigation, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed. This Court finds no reason to interfere in the investigation.
