PRAYER in Cont.P.No.915 of 2020: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 11.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.32566 of 2018.

For Petitioners : Mr.S.Mani For Respondents : Mr.M.Elumalai Additional Government Advocate ***** COMMON ORDER These contempt petitions have been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 30.10.2019 and 11.12.2018 in W.P.No.30754 of 2019 and W.P.No.32566 of 2018 respectively.

2.When the matters are taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the orders have been complied with by the 2nd respondent. 3.In view of the above submission, both the Contempt Petitions are closed. It is needless to state that if the petitioners are still aggrieved by the 2/3

same, it is open to them to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised.
