Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in proceedings bearing File No.TN-071/ET-MCA/2001 dated 17.12.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to give approval for B.E. Civil 45 to 60 seats; B.E. ECE 90 to 120 seats and M.E. Communication system 30 seats for the academic year 2013-14 without insisting fresh application/processing fee.
