It is seen from the order dated 01.09.2022 that A.Nos.2996 & 2997 of 2022 filed for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd defendant and to bring his legal heirs as defendants 7 to 9 were allowed.

2.It appears that applicants have not filed consequential amendment application. Therefore, applicants are directed to file consequent amendment application.
