Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the Hon'ble Court by order dated 30.07.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.11285 of 2020 ''That the petitioners shall stay at Peramblur Town and report before the perambalur Town Police Station every day at 10.30 A.M until further orders''.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11285 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020 , that the petitioners shall stay at Peramblur Town and report before the perambalur Town Police Station every day at 10.30 A.M, until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11285 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
