ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Section 294(b), 323, 498(A) and 506(1) of IPC in Crime No.7 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant were husband and wife. Thereafter, petitioner and in-laws of the defacto complainant had demanded dowry from the defacto complainant and also harassed the defacto complainant and abused in filthy language. Hence, the defacto complainant made a complaint against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that this is the second anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner and this Court has already dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the gravity of offence and the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
