This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 13.08.2019 passed in W.P.No.15437 of 2019. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, producing a copy of the proceedings dated 25.01.2021 passed by the 2nd Respondent herein, submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with. The said submission is endorsed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed.
