ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 2 to 5 herein had refused to hand over the vacant possession of the petitioner's property, which is contrary to the letter of undertaking dated 07.07.2017 given by the petitioner's father. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 09.07.2017 to the first respondent for initiating action against them. Since the representation has not been considered till date, the present petition has been filed.

2. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim made in the petitioner's representation, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 to 5 herein and after considering their objections, shall pass final orders.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
