Taking into consideration the narrow scope of the relief sought for in this revision petition, after hearing the learned counsel, the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee is directed to frame the issues within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and to take up the case in the special list within a period of one month and dispose of the said suit itself within a period of four months thereafter. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
