ORDER

(made by M. SUNDAR, J.) Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.T.Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the captioned writ petition has become infructuous. He further submitted that he has instructions from the writ petitioner to therefore withdraw the captioned matter. Saying so, learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and the scanned reproduction of the same is as follows :

In the light of the narrative thus far, the captioned writ petition and the captioned W.M.P. thereat, are disposed of as withdrawn/closed. Though obvious, we make it clear that we have not expressed any view on the merits of the matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
