This petition is filed to restore the Writ Petition in W.P.No.8009 of 2014, which was dismissed for default on 24.08.2016.

2. The petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition explained the reasons for the absence of the counsel on the date of hearing.

3. We are convinced with the reasons given by the petitioner. The order dated 24.08.2016 is set aside.

The Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The Writ Petition in W.P.No.8009 of 2014 is restored to file.
