O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11973 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11973 of 2020 dated 20.7.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2/6

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that when the matter came up before this Court on 09.10.2020 seeking modification of certain condition, this Court modified the said condition and directed the petitioner to "report before the respondent police on the first Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders". However, in the order, the earlier condition has been mentioned wrongly. Hence, he seeks for appropriate order.

3. In view of the above submission, paragraph 4 in Crl.M.P.No.6117 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11973 of 2020 dated 09.10.2020 shall be read as follows;

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11973 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 5/6
