The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition for the reason that only an appeal is maintainable as against the impugned order passed in E.A.No.74 of 2016 in E.P.No.6 of 2015 in O.S.No.668 of 2014 by the District Munsif Court, Chenglepet. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
