J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the matter has already been settled through "Samadhan Scheme" and they have paid the deficit stamp duty. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal and hence, the same may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
