ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 11.12.2018 passed in W.P.No.32568 of 2018.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader filed an affidavit of the first respondent, enclosing a copy of G.O.(Ms) No.01, Environment and Forests (FR.2-II) Department, dated 01.01.2021 to the effect that the case of the petitioner was considered and his request for regularization in the post of Forest Watcher was rejected. Thus, according to the learned Special Government Pleader, the order of this Court dated 11.12.2018 has been complied with by the respondents. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made on the side of the respondents, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
