ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction to direct the first respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant issued on 13.09.2019, by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruttani, 2.

The petitioner seeks direction to the first respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant dated 13.09.2019. Now, almost six years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now and nothing survive in this petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
