O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7661 of 2020 dated 19.05.2020, that the petitioner shall reside within the city of Coimbatore, for the purpose of investigation and for attending the trial, the petitioner is permitted to attend the respondent police if he called for investigation and to attend the Court in connection with the case.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would vehemently oppose the petition stating that the petitioner is a resident of Kerala and he is involved in serious offences. He would submit that A1 has been detained and he is still in custody.

3.While this Court granting bail to the petitioner had given a condition that the petitioner shall stay within the city of Coimbatore, for the purpose of investigation and for attending the trial. At this stage, the condition cannot be relaxed. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
