PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the proceedings in original suit I.A.No.434 of 2011 in O.S.No.56 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif, Coonoor and to dispose of the application dated 29.10.2011 expeditiously. O R D E R
The petitioners filed an application for appointment of Advocate Commissioner in I.A.No. 434 of 2011. In the said application, the learned Trial Judge appointed an Advocate Commissioner. However, the report has not been filed so far. The petitioners, therefore seek an order directing the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the said application as expeditiously as possible.

rts 2.Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.
3.The learned Trial Judge is directed to call upon the Advocate Commissioner appointed in I.A.No.434 of 2011 to submit the report on or before 01.11.2016. The application in I.A.No.434 of 2011 shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of report from the Advocate Commissioner.
4.The Civil Revision petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
