Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition (b) that "the petitioner shall stay at Cuddalore within one week after lifting the lockdown and report before the Inspector of Police,O.T. Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders" imposed by this Hon'ble Court in the anticipatory bail order dated 04.09.2020 made in Crl.O.P. No. 13665 of 2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay Cuddalore within one week after lifting the lockdown and report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13665 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.13665 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for the period of two weeks ad thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
