Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner has to the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Egmore,Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 pm until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13858 of 2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.D.SUGUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13858 of 2022 on 16.06.2022 to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Egmore Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
