(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board/respondent No.2 states that respondent No.5, represented through his son appeared and made a statement on 07.10.2009 by reference to the affidavit filed that the Unit has fallen to his share, he being the only son of his father and that necessary permission and licences from the authorities concerned would be obtained and without their consent, the Unit would not function. In this context, she states that thereafter the son never approached respondent No.2, nor the Unit functioned.
