ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.02.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentPolice.
3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.02.2015, enquiry has been conducted and closed as civil in nature.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the respondent police to get the copy of the closure report for taking further action in the manner known to law and the respondent police is directed to give the copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
