- - - - - - C O M M O N O R D E R (Order of the Court was made by S.Manikumar,J) Canara Bank has filed the instant writ petitions, for a writ of certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to M.A.Nos.38 and 39 of 2016, dated 14/3/2017, on the file of the Registrar, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai.
2. Mr.M.L.Ganesh, has circulated a letter, to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court, Madras, stating that dispute between the parties has been settled and hence requested the Registry, to post the matter, under the caption "for withdrawal". Thus, it is listed today. Submission has also been made to that effect.
3. Placing on record the letter and oral submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
