ORDER

When the criminal revision is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal revision, since in view of the amendment dated 31.12.2009, appeal only lies against the impugned orders and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.
