This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8092 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023 that "the petitioners shall stay at Chengalpattu and report before the Chengalpattu Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in SC.No.62 of 2023 on the file of the Sessions Court (SC/ST) Cases, Namakkal, and the next hearing date is on 28.06.2023 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8092 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the Sessions Court (SC/ST) Cases, Namakkal, on 28.06.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
