O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the second respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 12.01.2015, investigate the matter and file a final report within a stipulated period of time. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the opposite party is police official and that they are highly influenced by police.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, the petition enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.105 of 2015 and closed on 14.02.2015. He would further submit that the complaint given by the Police official was also enquired into and that was also closed as 'civil in nature'.

4. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

5. With the above observation, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
