The Authorised Officer, Union Bank of India Chennai-8 Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition has been filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent to receive the DD Nos.423731 and 423733, amounting to Rs.15,40,000/- and to number the main appeal and to dispose of the same within a time frame and to direct the Respondent Bank not to confirm the sale and not to issue the sale certificate in pursuance to the sale auction notice dated 12.06.2024 till the disposal of SA.No.412 of 2022, pending before the DRAT.

When the matter is taken up consideration today, both the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Respondents submits that the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous, as final order in AIR.412 of 22, dated 15.07.2024 has been passed. In view of the said submissions of the learned counsel on either side, recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
