The 1st respondent, despite the receipt of notice for herself and on behalf of the minor respondents 2 and 3, she neither appeared nor entered appearance through her counsel.

2.Notice sent to the 4th respondent, who is the mother of the 1st respondent has been returned with an endorsement 'deceased'.

3.Accepting the averments made in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the above petition, the petition is ordered. The delay of 96 days in filing the above CMA is hereby condoned.
