C.M.P.No.12879 of 2024 in W.A.Sr.No.54922 of 2024 M.S.RAMESH, J., and C.KUMARAPPAN, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 138 days in filing this Writ Appeal in W.P.No.2199 of 2022 dated 06.11.2023 and decide the same on merits.

2.Mr.S.Ezhilraj, learned counsel for the first respondent has no objection in the petition being allowed.

3.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
