This petition is came to be numbered by transfer O.A.No.5773 of 2002 from the file of Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying this Court to quash the proceedings of the second respondent in A.U.P/156024/2002 dated 05.09.2002 insofar as the applicant is concerned and direct the respondents to regularise the services of the Applicant with effect from the date of his initial appointment and absorb him in permanent post of Office Assistant or Watchman or Unskilled Mazdoor.

ORDER

Mr.J.Krishnaraj filed O.A.No.5773 of 2002 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal seeking to quash the proceedings of the second respondent in A.U.P/156024/2002 dated 05.09.2002 and to direct the respondents to regularise the services of the Applicant with effect from the date of his initial appointment and absorb him in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

permanent post of Office Assistant or Watchman or Unskilled Mazdoor. The said O.A.No.5773 of 2002 was transferred to this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.11790 of 2007.

2. Mr.R.Govindasamy, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent placing on record G.O.Ms.No.122, Agriculture Department [Va.NI 4(1)] dated 11.06.2010 submitted that the service of the petitioner along with 14 others have been regularized from 14.07.2010.

3. Recording his submission and placing on record the said Government Order and the proceedings dated 23.05.2010 of the Joint Director, Agricultural Department, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy if he is aggrieved by the order of regularization.
