Prayer in W.P.No.11848 of 2009: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the proceedings of the first respondent in its Rc No.15143/2008 A4 dated 20.05.2009 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to appoint a new enquiry officer instead of the second respondent to enquiry into the charge against the petitioner. Prayer in W.P.No.11849 of 2009: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the proceedings of the first respondent in its Charge memo No.15143/2008 A4 dated 24.09.2008 and quash the same.
