ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the person and body of the Selvaraj, S/o.Palani (Detenu) aged about 27 years before this Court and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the detenu has been secured.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu is under the judicial custody for the offence alleged under Section 420 IPC.

5. In view of the above, the habeas corpus petitions stands closed.
