ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the internal communication of the Tahsildar/second respondent to the first respondent/RDO. 1/4

2. The petitioner has given a representation to provide water channel to his land. According to him, his neighbour who are the purchaser of the land from the petitioner is not allowing the water to pass it to the petitioner's land. The second respondent has forwarded the remarks to the first respondent stating that the land is classified as Mayana Porambokku. Challenging the same, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to them is dispensed with.

5. At the outset, this Court is of the view that the internal communication has not resulted in any order and also internal communication cannot be challenged by way of a writ petition. Accordingly, I do not find any merits in the case.

6. With the above, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. 2/4
