On the last hearing date i.e., on 13.10.2022, a representation was made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents that out of these three writ petitions, two of them viz., WP Nos.16704 of 2022 and WP (MD) No.13751 of 2022 have become infructuous for the reason that the guidelines that have been challenged in these writ petitions have already been revised. On the last hearing date, there was no representation on the side of the petitioners. After recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General, this Court directed the Registry to post the matters under the caption " for dismissal" today.

4. There is no representation for the petitioners once again. It can now be inferred that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting these writ petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
