ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition "that the petitioner shall report before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirupur on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed upon him by this Court in Crl.OP.No.7238 of 2025 on 13.03.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.
3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court on all hearing dates.
