This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the case pending on the file of the CBCID, Vellore in FIR No.1 of 2012 dated 17.09.2012 to the CBI, Chennai, the third respondent herein for investigation. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the first respondent has closed the case registered against the petitioner in Crime No.1 of 2012 as mistake of fact and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same has been accepted by the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Vellore, on 24.08.2015.

3.Recording the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
