This petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 109 days in filing the appeal.

Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), entered appearance for the respondent and expressed her objection for condoning the delay.

However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 109 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
