ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2021 and reminder representation dated 15.06.2022 to measure the boundaries and fix the boundary stones bearing S.No.105/1 totally admeasure 56 cent of land which is situated in Akkaraipalayam Village, Salem South Taluk, Salem District belongs to the petitioner as per Revenue records.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the property in above said Survey numbers. The father of the petitioner, who died on 27.08.2006, was in possession and enjoyment of the property. The Patta was also stands in the name of petitioner's father. The petitioner made a representations, dated 15.11.2021 and 15.06.2022, before the respondents 2/5

to measure the property and fix boudary stones, but no action has been taken by the respondents. Hence the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition, seeking the aforesaid relief.

3. Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the representations dated 15.11.2021 and 15.06.2022 made by the petitioner.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader for respondents has no objection for said order being passed.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 15.11.2021 and 15.06.2022 and pass 3/5

appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
