By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner organization would state that it was registered under Trade Unions Act, 1926 on 28.10.2003, and also participated along with other unions in conciliation proceedings under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947. It is further stated by the petitioner that the respondent has issued a letter on 13.03.2015, to all other employee unions, informing them to participate in the discussion about channel system of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

RWE employee meeting held on 25.03.2015. However, the petitioner union has not been called. The petitioner on an earlier occasion filed W.P.No.8416 of 2015 and this Court, vide order dated 25.03.2015, permitted the petitioner organization to give their suggestion in writing and submit the same before the second respondent herein, who was directed to consider the suggestion given by the petitioner organization at the time of deciding the matter. Therefore, prays for similar order.

3. Heard the submission of Mrs.R.Varalakshmi, Government Advocate (TNEB), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. In the light of the order dated 25.03.2015 made in W.P.No.8416 of 2015, the second respondent shall permit the petitioner organization to give their suggestion in writing and it shall be considered in accordance with relevant norms at the time of deciding the matter.
