2. This application has been filed for extending the mandate of the learned arbitrator to pass an Award. Although the respondent has remained absent, despite notice, I find there is no impediment in allowing this application.

3. Therefore, this application stands allowed. Therefore, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by six months from today for passing the Award.
