This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records connected with the selection list dated nil issued by the Respondent and to quash the same and to direct the Respondent to appoint the Petitioner as Drawing Master.
2. Though the learned counsel for the Petitioner has submitted that he has already given a change of vakalat, none appeared today. But, it is brought to the notice of this court by the learned counsel for the Respondent that the Petitioner lacks the basic eligibility qualification of pass in SSLC and since the Petitioner did not possess the said qualification, he was not rightly considered for the post. the learned counsel for the Respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP are closed.
