ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.23 of 2013 pending on the file of W-35, All Women Police Station, Tambaram and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a case in Crime No.23 of 2013 has been closed as mistake of fact, on the basis of compromise, that has been entered into between the petitioner/accused and the defacto complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. A copy of the closure report has been submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
