(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9602 of 2020 dated 29.06.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9602 of 2020 dated 29.06.2020 with some conditions. However, due to the Corona Pandemic situation, the petitioner could not comply with the condition within stipulated period.

3. Heard both sides.

4. It is seen that the order has been passed in Crl.O.P.No.9602 of 2020 dated 29.06.2020 and the present petition has been filed after efflux of time and thereby, the order got lapsed.

5. Therefore, the present petition seeking for modification stands dismissed.
